My
thoughts on my time management strategies is that I could be better at it.
While I’m often not late to events and appointments on time I often stress
myself out since I’m not the best at reading clocks which causes me more stress
than I need too as the simple mental arithmetic of reading and analog clock causes
me to struggle looking at the clock for a while and often people will then
respond with "oh that’s great you will like 24hr clock-" No. no the answer
is no I have not been able to memorise the pattern of which number means what
if it goes past 16:00 and again the simple mental arithmetic of -12 leaves me
stumped to the point I need to take out a calculator. What helps is
being able to plan other things in my life like a fridge white board to trach
whose turn it is for dinner and checklists for what work I need to have done
each week which can still be hard to meet if fatigue kicks in or if I just needed
a more relaxed week this week.

I often stress myself out too! I'll set 5 alarms but I always snooze them..
ReplyDeleteI feel the exact same about time management. Normally my time management is pretty weak and I often fall behind on modules because I prioritize pretty bad and I get easily distracted with things that have nothing to do with the tasks I actually have to do. What I need to do, and what is good advice is to tip away at everything. Then the work gets better
